Because our products are curated, creative, and often surprise-based, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for preference changes, digital items, coloring pages, or mystery/surprise packs.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll gladly offer a replacement or store credit when applicable.

We are not responsible for shipping delays or packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Color variations may occur due to screen or printing differences.
